Mine took about 2 weeks from ordering to getting it in California. Maybe a little faster for Miami since it's closer to the east coast, I think.

How do these compare to, say, GLD Shop or Helloice? Quality wise, value for money?

I'd say Oliver's Gold is a solid option, especially for the custom photo stuff. GLD Shop is pricier from what I've seen. Helloice is similar but I liked the designs on OG more.

Oliver's Gold is good value. My friend has a piece from GLD and it's nice, but I think OG is right up there for the price you pay, maybe even better for custom pieces.

Custom stuff is usually a no-go for returns, since it's made just for you. Pretty standard for personalized items everywhere.

Yeah, afaik, custom jewelry is final sale. You'd probably have to contact them directly if there was a defect or something major though.
